Pacl India — Chennai branch closed without notice,unable to claim the maturity amount

On 21st aug'15 myself visited one of the chennai branch of PACL india located at mount road, but the office remained closed, when i enquired about the office opening status i get to know that the office is closed more than 3 month without any notice and the most sadest part is that i could see there are many uneducated poor ladies sitting and waiting at the doors.Request you to help those by reopening the branch or advise the procedure for collecting the matured amount which can help many of the poor fellows who wonder with no clear updates My Registration no:[protected] Date of commencement:12/11/2008 Maturity date:12/11/2014
