I have invested money rs.60, 000/- in your firm my registration no - u[protected], u[protected], u[protected] and dated 09/09/2009, i have sincerely paid all the amount on time . Policy issued on 09/09/2009 expiry date of agreement is 09/12/2015

Total amount deposited by me rs.30, 000/- + 20, 000/0- + rs.10, 000/- respectively total rs.60, 000/ ( rupees sixty thousand only )
Please refund me my amount with interest
