I have a Policy in PACL india pvt ltd. Policy was expired may 2015 and also agent came to my home and collected the original policy documents .as per the agent after verification of the documents will be get the money.but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in poss ion to refund the amount. Please look into this refund the amount as early as possible .
