Pacl India — refund money

i am a customer of pacl my registration no. is:- U[protected] name:- Rakesh kumar. My policy is Completed after7year month. and i submitted completed documentation and Bond for my Payment. But when i go into office of PACL they clearly say we are unable to pay your payment. so i submit my complaint about this . i request u to plz clear this issue as soon as.
