Sir, I have booked the plot with pacl india limited through azamgarh branch, building no. 384-385, civil lines, azamgarh-276001, of 1000 sq. Yds vide registration. No. U[protected] dt.19.11.2011, payment plan 110-056 for 6 years plan of payment and total consideration amount of plot is 75000/. Was payable in 6 installments of rs. 12500/- each payable in 6 years. I have paid 3 installments and wants to pay final due payment of the plot but company is not receiving balance payment and neither responding about it. Now i request to take the final payment and allot me the said plot. If any problem to allot the same, i request to refund my deposited amount with interest and cancel the plot.
