My both policies are completed after 6 years on June 2014, and I submitted completed documentation and Bond for my Payment. I visit to PACL branch Kasia, Padarauna (UP), they clearly say we are unable to pay your payment this time, ABOUT NEAR BY ONE YEAR WHY I WAIT SO LONG. So I submit my complaint about this.
