PalmCo Energy is a scam.This company targets people with a quick phone call telling you that you do not have to do anything and your bill will remain the same and it is a government approved program to help the cost of electricity rate. Never do they mention that they are a variable rate company or that their rates sky rocket 4 times after a few months of bills with them. And a variable rate company would go up and down. this company rates keep going up and up and until you realize you paying triple the amount of what your state approved electric company charges. My bill went from 7.24 kwh to 27.78 in a matter of months. When you call and complain or to seek a reason they tell you the proper information wasn't given because the employee was new but are not willing to help you knowing they are scamming you. Palmco reps which is only about 5 or 6 people hang up on you are very rude and have no customer service skills. When you ask to speak to a Supervisor they say there is no one but you can speak to me or someone will call you back and never do.
