[Resolved] Panasonic — Bad Product/Worst After Service | |||
Cheater Panasonic, We purchased a 42" inch LED (PANA LED 42E6D) for Rs 53700 on 13th of October Invoice No - DWK-MB-896 ( Bill is attached). Which did not work from very next day. Since then I have called customer care and numerous officials thousand times but no update on refund/replacement. Every time I call customer care they always promise that refund/replacement will come in 2-3 days. But its been 5 months now and no sight of any refund/replacement. Customer care is always lying and making fake promises. its really frustrating now. Totally unprofessional staff. All the staff is liar. Specially Aman from VOC team. Jitendra Acharya (Ph no - [protected]), Naresh ([protected]). They always make false promise and then never pick up the call inspite of calling multiple times after that. Panasonic is really a fraud company. Never ever buy any product of Panasonic. Pathetic customer service. All staff is such a liar that they don't even keep their promises even after giving it in writing. Advice to all the viewers. Beware of buying any product of Panasonic. They are nothing but a fraud company whose objective is to provide bad products and worst after service. Was this information helpful? | |||
