Panasonic — Complaint against panasonic p471 hd

From the day one when i brought phone panasonic model no p41 hd on dated 27/02/2015 is not working properly. and i have raised the complaint on month of may & again i will go july month .still now i will notget the phone with proper functionality. every time when i go to service center they take my phone & said next time u will come phone will be in a ok condition. but again when i go to the service center they give the exucues .but till now i did not get my phone in proper funcitionality . so please look into this matter as soon as soon posible. i will be thankfull to u. mob[protected] [protected] plese help me in this matter . wheter the service center give me the new phone or give my money back...
