[Resolved] Panasonic — Defective Smart phone ELUGA-U | |||
Model : Panasonic Eluga U IMEI/ESN 1 : [protected] IMEI/ESN 2 : [protected] In the last 50 days I have submitted this under warranty (purchased on 26.08.2014) handset to Panasonic service station THRICE. The same piece was returned after repair, but all the time same complaint o[censored]nstable Operating system, frequent restarts, frequent hangups continue. I have requested for 100% refund as the handset serves no purpose at all. The company (Panasonic) has a substandard product, very shoddy after sales service and the customer support team are never in a position to support. First submission - 26.11.2012 jobsheet no. KJASPMH5301114K1657 second submission - 19.12.2014 jobsheet no. KJASPMH5301214K1915 third submission : 29.12.2014 every time the company returned the mobile handset after repairs claiming that the job is done, I have re-submitted the mobile within 24 hours for the same problem.
