I have submitted my phone at the service center of this company (Diwakar agency, jabalpur), on 26thmay, 2015 for repairing. the touch panel was broken of my phone . Now it has gone about to 40days but my phone is not repaired yet. they say "The required party is not dispatched yet from head office". And are not telling the time period of repairing.
