Panasonic — Fraud | |||
Sir/madam I bought Panasonic -T31phone on[protected]. Within five months o[censored]se, it started giving me problems . I went to service centre (jammu), expecting a replacement . They finally responded to my calls after five days and said that phone has to be sent to main office since they don't have a solution for this . Whatever the problem with the phone is, is panasonic's fault not mine . Why am I not given a replacement when it is very much in guarantee . You people should have been rather apologetic for the same ! Why am I being dodged ? This is mere cheating . I can excise other options too but it will be a problem for you and me as well !
