MY Job ID is[protected]. 1)Can this Panasonic TV be repaired. 2)The job was given on 30th october it is 5th November today. 3)How long do you take to repair your own company TV? 4)Why have I not received any updates on the status? 5) Why have the customer care made FAKE promises that I will receive a call back from you or the servicing company? 6) Why were my details not updated on your system, and I had to explain what all has been happening instead of the customer care immediately understanding the status of my JOB Request?
