[Resolved] Panasonic India — Manufactured defective handset | |||
I buy Panasonic t11 mobile. From India time shopping. In 10 January 14. When I use mobile it get excessive heating at the back side .when I approach to near service center. They are no accepting my phone. And when I call to panasonic coustmer they said that the service center is not listed in the company.. but still in company site it showing the same derive center where I visited.. the name of service center is spice care in Raipur. I just want to replace my phone. or they will provide DOA letter. Was this information helpful? | |||
