I Sreesh kumar Mazumder bought an Panasonic AC from Great Eastern, GoraBazar- kolkata-28 on 24/04/2016. After a week Due to less cooling i complanied to the service centre and it was immediately checked and found gas leakage. after repeated complain to the Dealer gas was filled up. 2/3 days after that i feel the same problem . The service provider found the same problem. I sent mail to the Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd fr changing the product. But they are not paying heed to my request. 2 months already passed but no solution yet. now i want to get refund the money from the dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||
