My LED TV stopped working & hence i registered a complaint with customer care of Panasonic on 24.09.2015. After that technician visited my home, charged Rs. 1000 as service fee and told to wait replacement of TV panel. After that i followed up with Kalyan service center of Panasonic from where that technician belongs to and they where told to wait as Panel has been ordered. after almost 1&half month received a call from Panasonic that part is unavailable and hence will provide new TV to you once you pay the depreciation value to us. I said fine but till date there is no further response from Panasonic. Panasonic Servoce request no is R[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
