Panasonic — Mobile Handset Complaint (Panasonic Eluga) | |||
Dear Panasonic, I have bought a Phone called "Eluga Panasonic Smart Phone" three months back, but somehow SIM Slot is got damaged. Hence I went to your Service Center to get it solved, it is being more than a Month; I have deposited my Handset to your service center but still your people are saying that "we won't be able to do anything because Component is not sending by Panasonic after to many reminders". I believe this is not a kind of services you are offering, and I hope there must be some sort of Professionalism still left. I humbly request you to kindly solve my problem. or Kindly take a pain to confirm that you won't be able to anything and please return my Handset so, that I regret my association with panasonic.
