Panasonic — Mobile issue not cleared

My mobile have issue of touch pad. 3rd of November 2014 have submited my mobile at vashi service center (rudra telecomunication) still they dont repair my mobile. When i spoke with customer care regarding higher authority emil id or phone number they are not providing me the details. it is more than 45 days still they are not giving me any proper update about my phone.
