[Resolved] Panasonic Mobile — Mob Handset Panasonic GD31 service too much delayed | |||
I purchased a Panasonic Mob handset (IMEI-[protected]) on 28/07/2014 with one year warranty in Jodhpur. But just after 10 days of purchase speaker problem started. I submitted the handset to the Panasonic authorized service centre " Harsh care, Shivalik, Gol Bldng, Jodhpur" (Job sheet no-KJASPRJ 098-814K12039) on 19/08/2014 But today even after 37 days my handset has not been returned telling the execuse that "the work is under process" If sevice work will take too much time either the company should provide a standby handset or he should describe the exact service status of the handset.
