Panasonic — not repairing my panasonic cube a.c after complaining many times

i have purchased a cube a.c.from MAHABIR SALES, REWARI(HARYANA) on APRIL, 19, 2014, cash memo no.418. from last few days my a.c. is not working properly(not cooling).I have complaint on tollfr. TWOM ee no they give me job.no. PI-ASC[protected] ON MAY, 29, 2014. Two person come to my clinic from service centtre but they didnot solve my problem after that i tried to contact to local service centre but now they r not picking my phone.please solve my problem
