Panasonic — Not respond panasonic care

Hello sir, I have purchased a new phone model no is P55 imei no 1 is [protected], imei no 2 is [protected] on dated 27/02/2015 but started creating problems like its LCD blinking and heat up and mobile not open... We reported to service centre on 24/08/2015 .they said we will sort out the problem very soon but till date they did nothing . When we contact them they always say we are doing .. But actual they are doing nothing and panasonic customer care not respond Please help... vishwanath naik mob. no- [protected]
