Dear Team, I procured the Panasonic Smart TV 42 Inches Model No. TH-L42E6D from Shillong outlet on March 2014 with one year warranty. However, on July 2015 suddenly there was no display and only the sound works. On contacting the dealer, he sent an Engineer to check. To my surprise the Engineer said that the Panel is gone and I have to change the entire panel. The price of the Panel is 70% of the price of the TV and that also there is no warranty on it. I completely lost my trust to this Company. Kindly advise what should I do. Was this information helpful? | |||
