Panasonic — panasonlic 32 " led not working

i have purchased 32" led from WORLD VISION, AMBERNATH. on 09/10/2014.but i am facing problem in that led.only sound comes and no display on screen.i have logged a complaint on 14/03/2015.with complaint number : R[protected]. but till date i have not got any call from customer care.daily i am calling to toll free number and i am getting same reply that with in 1-2 days your problem will be sort out. its a very shamful for such a reputed brand.for not satisfying customers.
