Panasonic — Pansonic 32'' LED USB port not working

very very poor customer service, i purchased my panasonic led tv on 9th August 2014(Model no. TH-32A401D). In Jan 2015, i found usb port of my LED is not working, I registered the complaint and got service request number R[protected].No Action taken for first one months, than i again Registered the complaint got service request number C[protected], but to my surprise they closed the issue without any action and my approval.Then again i registered the complaint and new service request number came R[protected] and the remaining story is same that NO ACTION TAKEN...very very poor customer satisfaction.
