[Resolved]  Panasonic — Pathetic product sold as a new product

I had purchased a Panasonic 42" LED in Oct 2014, from M/S pankaj electronics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi for 53, 000 RS.Model No.AS610, IPS LED, Within a few days only we started observing that the television had some in built marks, which would show up every time the screen turned white, firstly i ignored it, as i never ever in my wildest dream had thought had i would be CHEATED and SOLD AN INFERIOR and SECOND'S Product at the PRICE OF A NEW ONE...I made a complaint with Panasonic after which their representative visited my residence on 20th Dec 2014 and agreed that yes there's an internal problem with the television Set and this needs to be repaired...MY GOD A NEW TELEVISION SET, FOR NO FAULT OF MINE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED WOW, AND Kudos to them...I Refused for the repair part and strongly told him that this should be exchanged with a new set as it's just a month old set, and today we've noticed this problem, but tomorrow, there might be some other problems and Most Important, WHY AM I MADE A CULPRIT, When the negligence has been from Panasonic and Pankaj Electronics side...He went away stating that i would recieve a call from his superiors in a day or two.Its 2nd Jan 2015 today, and till date all i am doing is waiting for an appropriate reply from their end.In between all this i had called up M/S.Pankaj electronics and the Panasonic Representative atleast 100 of times, but all i got was false promises and since last 1 week they have stopped receiving My calls.Today i called this Panasonic representative from another no of mine and LUCKILY he picked up and gave me his Senior manish's Number, I called this gentleman and was aghast to know that he knew nothing about my case...GREAT.I explained everything to him PATIENTLY and asked me to speak to him after 10 mins.Upon speaking to him, he gave me a CLASSIC REPLY THAT THIS TV NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. , HORRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING AFTER SALES SERVICE(OR i may say no service at all)Only HARRASMENT. IF THE TELEVISION IS NOT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. One of the worst Consumer Durable manufacturer and most pathetic company, I Regret my decision of Buying a Panasonic televison and wasting my money. However, if i still do not hear from these guys, I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR ALL THE MENTAL AGONY, HARRASMENT, TRAUMA, DISTURBING MY PEACE AND CHEATING FROM PANASONIC AND M/S PANKAJ ELECTRONICS AT THEIR OWN RISK, COST AND CONSEQUENCE.
