My daughter in law purchased 32A 300 LCD in Sep 2014 from Dehra Dun. in June 2015 its screen go off we complaint to customer care, the technical Engineer visited our residence and said that the Panel(screen) is to be replaced. We informed the matter to customer care and requested to change the LCD .The company's area manager replied that company will replace our LCD with an advance model with a discount of 10%. For this we have to pay Rs 1600/= through Demand Draft as the same model is not available to them. The company rep said that for this they will send a consent form and we have to submit it along with demand draft.We agree and told the company to send us the form. Since then several time we have reminded the company through its Customer care but no action has been taken by the Company. In this connection please refer our complaint R[protected] dt 24 July 2015
