[Resolved] Panasonic — Service not good | |||
Hi Team, I purchased a Panasonic TV 2 years Back.Now there is some issue with TV. Power is not coming to TV.I registered a complaint to Panasonic on 21st Nov-14. Complaint number is[protected].Service Engineer called me on the next day and asked about the issue.I explained it.He said there might be some board issue and requested me to send the serial number, Model number and Bill copy.He said he will order for a new replacement and will provide in 10 days.I called him today 29th Nov-14 and he says it will take another 10 days for the part to come.Can some thing be done to speed up this?
