Panasonic — Tv- Model no- TH-L40B6DX | |||
I purchased this Tv on 25th July'2014 ie just 02 years, 01 month back for the sum of Rs, 47, 000. The panel of the TV ie the screen has gone bad & Panasonic is asking me to pay them Rs 27, 900 to fix the screen. I have been in talks with Mr Shravan Pawar( Branch Servive Manager) &'his junior Mr Amit Mishra. After days of endless calls ( from my side, they never bothered to call back, ever) I was told all they can do is offer an 10% discount. My question is, a good company like Panasonic, expects its motor component of the tv to just last for 02 years . We, pay huge amounts of money expecting the product to last well beyond the warranty period & they expect us to pay more than half the amount to get the panel fixed. Is this the quality & Servive that Panasonic is providing? Hugely disappointed in Panasonic products & the callous attitude of its managers. Was expecting better service, in all respects. I made an investment in buying a Panasonic tv, thinking Its a good quality Tv & it will last & work well but unfortunately the very heart of the TV- the screen/ panel went bust & Panasonic wants me to pay Rs 27, 900 to fix it.
