This is to bring to the notice that Mr.T.S..Punithan age 40 years Panchayat President, who has been falsely charged on the grounds of Rape which is published in your newspaper is been acquitted by Coimbatore Sessions Court and he has been proved not guilty. I request the editors of The Hindu - Coimbatore region to publish this in regards to his Newsletter which has been published on 13 January 2015. Atttached are the proofs of his acquitted documents. And make sure you publish as Mr.Punithan - Panchayat President - Dhaliyur for not proven guilty and bring the truth alive. Otherwise we will proceed for legal actions on the grounds of defamation aganist whosoever is involved in spreading false information and spoiling the reputation of the person. Also request you to remove or withdraw the published article and whatever in Google. The defamation amount may exceed to Rupees One Crore against the person's who has raised this complaints and misrepresented the case. Kindly do the needful before we get into the legalities.
