Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt Ltd — Fake commitment swhile selling

Hi all, at the time off booking agent assured me of discount of 50k, but just after making 10% payment, those agents stopped picking up the calls, latter on i got to know that they were from third party.and as commitments were not documented so no discount.
Even agent committed me of covered car parking but all this was a big lie to make sales either by hook or crook...its a big game of third party and builder to create a blamw game
