Pantaloons — Compensation for Loss of Time & Efforts.. | |||
I was at your store in Chennai (Spencer Plaza) last week (Aug 1st week). I had come to shop for the fabulous offers running in your store. After spending about 2 hours at your store, I had purchased some 5 articles (all under discounted racks). I got a shock of my life, when I saw that discounts were not offered for 3 of the 5 articles selected. I immediately asked him & he coolly says that the discounted articles would have got mixed up with the fresh stocks. My question is : A person spends valuable time & selects merchandise & is this the way to treat him?? What the hell then your people do in the store & how do you compensate for the loss of time?? This kind of a thing happened 2 times in last 10 days. I said I'm a member of the Pantaloon Green Card, but don't have the card right now. She said you can get your card next time & get the points credited on showing the bill. I got the card in next visit & then he says you will have to go to the customer care section for that. What is this?? No ppl to attend. No staff to bill. Only One person for billing. Ridiculous behaviour & attitude & policy in this fast & competitve world.
