[Resolved] Pantaloons — not getting vouchers | |||
before diwali i had a purchase of Rs.6395.00 from you store located at Gulmahor park, satellite, Ahmedabad. at the time of billing you bill desk not informed me from where and when i have to collect the vouchers. they also informed me that you can use vouchers only after 27th of Oct. still i am not in receipt of any vouchers. last week again i visited your same store and i represent the same thing to your customer desk. after one day he told me that now it is not possible to issue vouchers. i don't understand how your bill desk is explaining your scheme or offers to customer. if required i can provide same bill for that offer. i am very sorry to say that the experience in Pantaloon for this regard is not very good to me. your early action will caret more interest to visit again and again.
