Pantaloons — Regarding Mis-Management of Security and facing harassment

I was with my family at Pantaloons, City Centre -2, Newtown, Plot No.-2D/5, AA-2D.J.L. NO.-2, NAOPARA, Kolkata-57 bearing my Registration Mobile Number [protected]. At the time of EXIT on beep sound security stopped us and ask for check its ok but after checking they did not find anything and just say sorry, and illustrate its our technical problem. Is it fair ? what you think about it ? This types of negligency should not happened. I am going to file case at Consumer Action Forum, this is for you information only.
