[Resolved]  Paramount Health Service — Mediclaim

Dear Sir/Madam, I have to make complaint against The Paramount Health Service, Ahmadabad. Policy Holder: Anuj Sureshbhai Shah Policy No.38201/46/13/85/[protected] Name of Patient: Sureshbhai Jayntilal Shah (Father) last year policy number (251100/46/12/[protected] Insurance Company Name: National Insurance Company I have this policy in continuation more than 4 years old but when I put the my claim file to process in The Paramount Health Service, Ahmadabad in January, 2014 till now. It didn't process my file when I inquiry about that, they are saying it's decline due to first year of the policy and it can't be proceed and no claim would be passed. Here I am just putting one point here where it mention the policy is continue in current year policy its mention my last year policy number (251100/46/12/[protected] as well so on which point Paramount is saying it is new policy and it can't be process? They are not considering any of my old policies. I have attached all supporting documents(All old Policies, Discharged Vouchers from the old TPA(DHS), All claims and relevant documents) Please go through it. My father is Kidney Failure Patient and he is on Dialysis since January 2013. Before the Paramount Health Service as a TPA before we had it DHS as a TPA. We never had problem with DHS but when it renew with The Paramount Health Service and my all claims are declined. I have attached the DHS discharged vouchers and old policies. The amount I have claim till now is more than Rs.4 Lacs. As a TPA of the insurance company this behavior is unacceptable for us. My request to Paramount to re-process the all file ASAP. Treatment for Kidney Failure is not easy in present time. My humble request to CERC to handle this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. I have faith and trust in CERC and The relevant department to resolve this complaint with in the time period. We already sent the hard copy of the all documents as well. If we wouldn't receive any reply then unfortunately we have to go over the CERC and walk through Indian Jurisdiction.
