I had purchased maruti swift vdi 2016 from paramount wheels private ltd mirabhayandar. Date 9/4/16 sales executive name ram & kalpana jain. They both are cheated with me. They gave 2015 swift vdi to me use of fluently language.

We have submitted our accidental car MH 04 DR 809 to Paramount workshop at Mira road on 22/09/2016. All the related insurance formality was cleared next day and the car was inspected on 24/09/2016.

Since 24/09/2016 non of the car repairing/replacement has been commenced and we are always been given excuse that the parts are not arrived, till date. This delay is causing immense inconvenience for our daily routine...

I booked Maruti Ritzon the 17 of May 2016 and at the time booking they did not inform me about the refund policy if i cancel the booking and when i went there to cancel on 21 they said i have to give written application and it will take 10 to 12 working Days which was not told to me.

I request all the people do not buy from Paramount Wheel (Maruti Showroom) which is in Mira road.
