Under mentioned are the irresponsible responses which need to be brought in notice 1.MEDICAL INSURANCES : No transparency in TPA / Medical policy provided by your TPA staff thereby had to pay approx 20 % of bill from my own pocket instead of having a Full Cover Medical insurance. 2. NURSING & TAKING CARE STAFF RESPONSE : Post operation when problem/pain starts, then staffs came into role/action and suggested that you were not supposed to do that or your water intake, diet is low, your sitting position is not appropriate. Being an experienced staff they should have told us prior about the possible consequences so that it could be taken care. A patient would be admitted in the hospital for attentive care by Docs/staffs since it couldn't be possible at home. Due to that she had to suffer with an acute and severe spinal headache / pain for more than 6 days which was an unbearable ordeal. 3. RECEPTION / CLERICAL STAFF RESPONSE : We had been in hospital for more than 4 days but none of the staff even informed about the Birth Certificate form or haven't got a single second to help me within 21 days that details would be sent from Hospital for Birth certificate from Nagar Nigam. Being an experienced staff they should provide/share the Birth certificate form details. Above reasons for any reputed Hospital which are known for its services and well being about patient really lead to heartrending and very pathetic conditions. It's have to be taken up strictly so as other could not face such type of ordeal/problems.
