Hello,
my name is vinay garg and i booked a flat in parsavnath exotica in E3 tower on 19/05/2012 through kartik real estates. i was told that in 36 months it will be delivered if there is delay in possession then builder will pay me penalty. till now i have paid 20% against 2 demands i received . fews days back i visited the site and i find work is not yet started for E3 tower. neither i am receiving any demand or penalty from parsavnath.
kindly suggest me what to do now.

It seems Parsvnath group does not have any intentions to take the project to the next level and we cannot trust them any further.
