Passport India — Delay my passport.

Dear sir, I am Gourab dey.I applied for a fresh passport through online process on 23.01.2015.I submitted the required documents to my nearest PSK office on 27.02.2015.Then police verification done 11.05.2015 .But now when i am checking my status, it shows that pending for physical police verification to your respective thana.Then I contacted to the police and he said that he sent my documents on 15.05.2015.Please look after the matter as soon as possible.Four months over but i do not get my passport till now. I want to know that what is the problems and when I get my passport.I am waiting for your reply.
