Passport India — Refund of payment

Dated 1st aug 2015 during paying fee of passport on single ARN double money debited, money debited of one of succeed transaction as well as of failed transaction
i was complaint on sbi 's customer care email id and also my bank that is central bank of india but none of these are listening to me
as my ARN no is 15-[protected]
i wants to refund my money as soon as possible
so please kindly register my complaint
