[Resolved]  Passport Office Bhopal — Passport not receiving

Dear Sir, My Name is Richa Goyal D/o Mr. Mohan Lal Goyal I Applied for passport online on September 2013 and got the appointment for documentation on 5th Oct. 2013 at PHQ BHOPAL and on that date i had deposit all the related document which is file no is BP[protected] and they told me that i got the passport with in 2 month but i don't gat my passport yet my permanent address is ward no. 23 beside swarankar dharamsala dattpura Morena M.P. 476001 where the police verification has completed on Nov. 2013 and during 2013 i live in indore for six month at my relative for some of my personal work There address is 201 Rudraksh Apartment 127 Bekunthdham Old Palasiya Indore M.P. 452001. There is also police verification process has been done in Nov. 2013 and all the records are there in passport office bhopal at ISBT. Sir i had so many visited at passport office bhopal 1st floor isbt. sir during the sifted of passport office from GANGOTRI BHAWAN TO 1st FLOOR ISBT they lost the hard copy of police verification of indore but they have the soft copy on mail but the passport officer Mrs. Ojha is not consideration that i had visit so many time bhopal and she allways say that we are trying to got the hard copy from indore police station.But sir the police office of indore says that there is non of any process from passport office bhopal for the hard copy even i have the photocopy of that hard copy of police verification which is held on Nov. 2013 but OJHA Madan is not consider that and i m still wating for my passport from the last 6 month Sir This is my humbal request to u plz give me the proper solution of my complain My Name - Richa Goyal Date of Birth[protected] File No. - BP[protected]
