Dear Sir, I have application of 14.07.15 to PSK Bhopal & File No.BP[protected]. There are my name mentioned "LAXMAN" accordingly 10th mark sheet but except it full name mentioned "LAXMAN KUMAR JAITWAR" on all documents like address proof, identity proof, 12th mark sheet, graduation mark sheet...etc. Right now my application is under process for police verification. Now i want to put my full name LAXMAN KUMAR JAITWAR on passport. please advise. Was this information helpful? | |||
