Passport Office Ghaziabad — Payment failed while doing online payment not refund to bank account | |||
Dear Team, i would like to inform you that i have made online payment for fresh passport application but the amount has been detected from my account but pall payment status showing " Failed" have mailed all the required details on 'customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in' this mail id and call many times on passport office no[protected] but no revert from both, Application reference number:- 15-[protected] Transaction ID:- ECOM/00005872/521281/[protected] Transaction Date- 25/07/2015 Payment Ammount- RS- 1512/- these are the details for the same please do the needful as already 10 days gone but no revert received, Was this information helpful? | |||
