My file no is (Lk[protected] and my date of birth (11/01/1995). My police verification done in 30/08/2019. I am online track application is showing police verification report for passport application is under review
At the regional passport office at (14/09/2019).
Please solve my problem...

My father( MOHAMMAD MOHIUDDIN KHAN) applied for a new and simple normal passport on 19th oct 2019 and fees instead of Rs1500 my account deducted for 3500 rupees.
After applying, when the payment came, only the page of 3500 payment opened
When found out from the Passport Seva Kendra today i.e 30th oct 2019, it was known that the fee is 1500 only.

I am Sanjay Khare from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, My File No. is LK01C[protected]. My Police Verification Paper has returned by Police Station to RPO Lucknow without verification. I had applied for new passport as on date 28.04.2019 and the appointment with VARANSI PSK was on 30.04.2019, where all step by step procedures were done correctly and after getting everything correct the passport officer/executive asked me to leave and ensured that my passport will arrive approximately 2 or 3 week later but still the status report showing "PASSPORT APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW AT REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE"....
