Passport Office Nizamabad — Passport rejected without proper reason

Dear sir, I Sagar Pullapaka working as a asst manager at nizamabad branch for union bank of india(PSU) since 01/06/2012 applied for a fresh passport under NORMAL application got appointment today i.e. 27/07/2015 at 11:30 AM at Passport Seva : NIZAMABAD. As per the requirements i have submitted the School leaving certificate(original) for date of birth and Bank account passbook(original) and bank account statement(original) for address proof and as i am PSU employee obtained NOC as per the annexure on our letter pad from our Deputy General Manager at regional office Hyderabad issued who is our authorised person to issue such NOC's under provisions of section 6(2) of the passport act, 1967 in Two ORIGINAL COPIES. we approached the office and submitted the said documents but in the first phase they have rejected that the bank account statement which i have submitted was not on A4 size paper so we cannot help you which they replied at 1:30PM we further brought the xerox for which in A4 at 2:00PM and submitted and they raised an issue that the NOC submitted by me was not an original we replied that kindly look into signature and the stamps which was affixed on the NOC format we also informed this was the format which our office has been issuing since many years and many of our employees have obtained their passports too but the officer who was incharge has not agreed we also further produced our employee id cards and asked them to contact our regional office for clarifications but was not able to convince and rejected our application. we are atmost dissappointed with the services and the way of treating the customers at that office was most dissappointing way mostly the people were illiterate were not been guided properly by the staff there.
