Please refer to above, i submit that i, surya kant sharma and
My daughter, vani sharma have applied for re-issuance of passport under
Tatkal category (Copies enclosed) on 06.04.2016 but, unfortunately could not
Get appointment under tatkal category and we have forced to get
Appointments under the normal category on 09.05.2016. Accordingly, we
Approached to psk, pune on 09.05.2016 and we are being misguided by the
Concerned officials working thereat that since you have got appointment
Under normal category, hence your passports will be processed under normal
Category.In this connection, i have also contacted to head
Madam, psk, pune and requested her that we have applied under tatkal
Category for re issuance of our passports but she has also refused to
Process our passports under the tatkal category and we have been forced to
Go for normal process due to their indifferent and non-cooperative
Attitudes for the reasons best known to them and moreover violation of
Instructions/rules for tatkal scheme placed under your portal and
Whereas as per instructions/rules placed on your portal for tatkal scheme
(Copy enclosed) read as:

Two appointment quota 'normal' and 'tatkaal' are available for 'tatkaal'
Applications. Tatkaal applicants who are not able to book an early
Appointment under tatkaal quota may consider booking appointment under
Normal quota also. However, tatkaal fee will be charged irrespective of the
Quota under which appointment was booked bytatkaal applicant.

In view of the foregoing, you are kindly requested to arrange for
Issuance our captioned passports under tatkal category since i am working
As manager in state bank of india and planned to visit european countries
On 30.05.2016under duly approved lfc from my bank and my booking amount
For rs.6.00 lacs is also under stake as the psk, pune concerned officials
Has processed our passports against the said goi rules for tatkal scheme
As mentioned above despite requesting them and explaining our aforesaid
Circumstances to them, they have not processed our passports under tatkal
Category for the reasons best known to them.

In view of my above submissions, you are kindly requested to arrange to
Process our above said passports under tatkal category so as to enable us
To proceed on our said abroad tour and not to sacrificed our booking
Amount and we are ready to deposit the additional amount desired for the
Aid purpose immediately. I seek your personal intervention to resolve the
Aid issue amicably in order to avoid any litigation against the
Delinquents working at your psk, pune personally in their names at their
Costs & risks for causing us mental agony and harassment for the reasons
Best known to them.

Hope for prompt positive response keeping in view my above submissions
