Passport Seva Kendra Bhopal — Delay In inquiry

I had mistakenly applied for my passport from my home address and now I have filled the Rs. 500 penalty for it, one and a half month ago (26th March) and filled the PP form to get my enquiry from another address but it hasn't arrived to the current address' police station till date.I had deposited my PP form to Mr. Reddy who is an officer at RPO bhopal.
I am a student at the college there and am at the fag end of my curriculum here. My curriculum would end on May 10th after which I would have to leave the place(BITS-Pilani).
