Patanjali Ayurved — Payment done but order not confirmed | |||||
I made an online purchase in Patanjali's official website and also made an online payment using netbanking but not got any Order confirmation from Patanjali. I checked with the payment gateway service provider - BillDesk and they also confirmed that the payment was successful and money has been credited to Patanjali. I tried contacting their customer care no. but no one picks up the call and there is no response to my emails either despite sending them numerous reminders.
