Patanjali Ayurved — payment was deducted but order has not confirmed

I have order online items but my amout got dedacted from my account but I didn't recevie any order confrimation mail. then I have mail to customer care [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net and also try to call[protected] but no response. dont know what to do.
