Patanjali Ayurved — Product not received till day | |||||
I had ordered for patanjali products worth rs. 585/- order no.[protected] on 10.05.2016 and the amount has been deducted from account. Received a confirmation mail of the order on 19.05.2016, but till now i have not received the items nor they have send any news or message regarding the same. I had sent a mail reporting the matter to the customer care email id but no reply till now. Also posted the complaint in their website. Called in the phone no provided three times and nobody lifts the phone. This shows their utter disregard to the customers and is form of cheating too. Need to take up the matter with the consumer court. On the other side, this will be the biggest mistake and failure for the patanjali brand which has emerged as a very popular one within a short span, especially competing with other bigger players in the market. If corrected, at the right time the brand itself can be a revolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||

this is same thing happened to me. I have ordered few stuffs on 4-May-16 but till date no product is delivered and no response is received from patanjali even after various reminder sent to them.
