patient — charging dr fees without his visit

This is to put in your kind notice that in your bathinda unit, hospital charging dr fees without his visit. Dr named manjinder singh who looking after chemotherapy department never even bother to visit even once during the chemotherapy process. Even we requested many times to supporting staff please call the doctor, but they said this is the normal process and our nurses normally do such thing and we don't disturb dr manjinder singh for such day routine practice. In the end when we went to payment counter to clear our bills they charged Rs 600/ for dr manjinder singh visit. Isnt it shameful for you as a organisation to cheat with your patients . If it is not in your notice please cross check this and take some serious action against such dr who is not obeying his duty. Otherwise somebody like me will go direct to consumer court in future where you wont have any answer to justify your negligence . Date of this incident was 27/04/2015.
